I wish to convey my thanks for the recent DVD production that you compiled for our company, the purpose of this being to show our customers our manufacturing processes and quality control procedures, together with promoting our brand and full range of products and services.

The filming itself was carried out extremely professionally with a minimum of disruption to our factory operations, and our technicians involved took the time to listen to what was important for us to convey. They made many suggestions regarding what would be the best shots to take and this consequently ensured a fantastic result.

The backup service and follow up calls by yourself to make sure that we were happy with the final result was also most appreciated.
